Hi, I’m Marilo. I’m working as President and Founder of an NGO "Leadership Development Association Albania". I live in Tirana County, Albania. I am a computer scientist with strong communication and organisational skills, ​with a strong interest in building an international career in the field of international relations for non-profit organizations, digitalization of communications and marketing of international solidarity and humanism​.

Ambitious and motivated to work in high quality and innovative projects and always keep on developing my skills and knowledge. I am able to deal with pressure and deadlines, organize the work as part of the team or individually, set goals and learn fast. Thanks to the numerous courses and trainings, I have gained experience in the project cycle management, teamwork, intercultural management, and in conflict resolution.

I like to energize myself with training courses, cultural exchanges, traveling, reading books different, going to gym ecc.

I have finished the Professional Academy of Law Elita "Cognizant of Laws", the Professional Political Academy, the Police Academy "General Patrol" and the Academy of Youth Policy for Young Leaders .

Currently as the ambassador of LDA International in Albania, I am now committed as the President and Founder of LDA Albania a non-governmental, not-for profit legal entity, which works under the constitutional guidelines of LDA International.
