I am a behavioral scientist, design thinker, Reiki Master, artist, social entrepreneur, and activist who plays at the intersection of climate change and wellness. Specifically, I develop ways to motivate and sustain the behaviors that develop a healthier human AND a healthier climate. I empower individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. My services include change management, leadership development, innovation, team building, preventive health, communication, coaching, as well as the design of behavioral interventions, system processes and curricula.

I'm a learner and an integrator - I synthesize my learning to help my clients solve complex challenges. I integrate behavioral science methods, design thinking, biomimicry, Reiki, as well as meditation and guided visualization techniques and apply them in tailored ways to help my clients develop solutions. I'm currently formulating a new model for innovation and leadership.
