I was born in the outskirts of Houston, Texas. Grew up in the Houston Metro Area. I graduated from Deer Park High School. Married in 1974 soon to be divorced in Early 1975. Remarried soon there after. Gave Birth to a Beautiful Baby Boy, and a Beautiful Baby Girl soon followed. We began to travel for my husband's job. We lived in Northern Greece for about 7 months, then returned to the US. I got pregnant with our last child and was blessed with another Beautiful Baby Girl. We moved again, when she was 6 weeks old, to Canada. We purchased a home there expecting to stay there for 10 years or more, but it was not to be, we returned to the US 1 year later. Stayed in the states for about a year and then moved to Saudi Arabia. We were there for 2 years, and we quite enjoyed the adventure. We all learned so much about their culture and beliefs. We returned to the US once again and after a couple of years, thought we'd never travel overseas again. But we got the chance to move to South Africa and we took it, we stayed there for 3 yrs. We absolutely loved that assignment. It was our Very Favorite place to live. We then got transferred back to the US and moved to Corpus Christi, for a job that was supposed to last 18 months. That job ended up lasting 3 years and we just couldn't get the claws of that city out of us for 9 years. The kids were in High School and wanted to finish school with the kids they started with in the early 90's, so the kids and I stayed there while their dad traveled to many other jobs all over the world. He worked in Thailand, Camaroon, Venezuala, Kazakstan (for 9 years), China (where I went with him for 8 months), then into Mongolia, and Papua New Guinea. That was his last assignment before "retiring". Now he's taken to start a New Business in Landscaping and Lawncare. We'll see how that goes, it's in it's infancy and we are so in the red, at this point, I pray that we start getting some work very soon. That's about it in a quick short writing. Wish us Luck with this "retirement" business and pray that we succeed. We'd like to expand eventually, so we can grow plants that survive and thrive in our region.
