Hi, I'm Marilyn Suttle. I am known as the woman who helps people bring out the best in Gladys - that customer, colleague, or challenging person in your life. I spent over a year interviewing CEO's, managers, and the front-line from some of the most successful service oriented companies both in the US and abroad, to write the best-seller, "Who's Your Gladys? How to Turn Even the Most Difficult Customer Into Your Biggest Fan" with my coauthor. We consult on customer service culture matters and I'm an international speaker/trainer for relationship strengthening at work, at home, and in social media platforms. I also love working one-on-one using a process method to help individuals discover and dissolve self-limiting beliefs.
