Customer Service and Sales Manager in Brazil

Hello there,

I’m a Customer Service and Sales Manager living in Brazil. I'm currently working remotely for a Company in Florida and looking for new challenges.

Since the beginning of my professional career I've aimed at developing my communication skills by inserting myself into roles that would require constant conflict solving and dealing with people.

I went from teaching teens and children in smaller projects, my toughest public, to guided exhibitions with over 20-30 people per visit, where my biggest role was to make them question: the institution, the exhibition, the artist, themselves.

When the pandemic hit its peak, I was obligated to reassess my entire career goals and to really understand what my actual skills were and what made me happy. I discovered I shined when I was able to relate to people.

See, when I started at My Cleaning Angel in 2020, I had no idea that I’d end up on a management role. However, as time passed by, I realized management is not only about organizational skills and knowledge, but about empathy, communication, and intermediating people’s needs, whether they come from the customer, the agent talking over the phone or even the service provider.

It was big shift for me to understand I grew a lot by dealing with people, I was able to better welcome conflict and though there are its challenges, it was fun connecting and bonding with my team and getting to know them better. I was thrilled to learn new abilities every day and to see I was becoming more empathetic and aware of people’s necessities in my field, being able to incorporate that within our operations and optimize our service, aligning expectations and results.

I'm highly empathetic and can deliver good results by taking pride in managing conflicts, with a multidisciplinary approach and managing projects with strategic planning.
