I am a Human Resources professional with a degree in Labour Relations, currently studying a Master Degree in HHRR direction.

My career journey, combined with experiencies during my youth has shaped my strengths in communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence, which I bring to every challenge I face.

Driven by a commitment to personal and professional growth, I aim to lead HHRR departments that align with my values, fostering environments where employees and organizations thrive together. My vision is to create impactful strategies that empower teams, enhance engagement, and contribute to organizational success.

Currently, I work in a labor consultancy, where I continue to expand my expertise in technical labor advisory while building a reputation as a reliable and dedicated professional. My resilience and ability to adapt have been my greatest allies, as reflected in my journey of overcoming challenges early in my career.
