I graduated in Business Economics and Management from the University of Turin and have built a distinguished career in corporate finance. From 2011 to 2020, I served as Head of Corporate Finance at an independent consulting firm, where I led over 50 transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €500 million, including Italy’s first MiniBond issuance.
Alongside my advisory activity, I serve as a Board Member and Vice-Chairman of a local bank, bringing hands-on experience in governance and financial management.
In 2020, I founded CFI Italy (formerly Anteos), where I currently serve as CEO, focusing on corporate finance advisory, governance advisory, and strategic transactions for industrial and financial clients.
I hold a degree in Economics & Management with honours from the University of Turin and I am a professional member of AIAF.
