Born in Montreal. Dreamt of being a Chef since I was 12 years old. Eventually became just that. Lucky enough to be an Executive Chef at 26 years old.

My second passion, traveling has taken me to over 80 countries and I don't venture to guess how many cities, town and beds in lost places I can no longer remember. Mexico is my home for almost 10 years...

Passionate about the mecanics of making hotels great. Love what I do.

Still trying to be a better tennis player and photographer.
