I am lucky to have two great passions in life..and live them both.

During the summer I cook in a restaurant called Maestri at the top of Passo Pordoi.

In the winter I am a ski instructor with the Scuola Sci Arabba in the Italian Dolomites and take groups on ski safaris and tours.
