Mario Iusi former President-CEO has over 35 years of professional experience in energy management and has worked through three company ownership transitions throughout his career, having been one of the original founders/owners of the business in Canada. He was instrumental in the creation of the Energy Performance Contracting business in Canada.

He led a senior business development & management team in developing client focused solutions and creating new service innovations across Canada. Firms he worked for included Honeywell, Duke Energy and Ameresco.

As a visionary and entrepreneur Mario identified a key market need pertaining to building infrastructure deterioration in buildings across institutional and commercial market sectors. He was instrumental in developing an asset planning team internally and acquiring an Asset Planning Management business to help clients understand the needs and risks associated with aging infrastructure.

He is an accomplished and energetic senior management professional with a solid history of achievement in the Energy Performance Contracting business. Motivated leader with strong organizational and people management skills . Areas of expertise include operations, marketing and sales.
