Sãotomean, engaged with youth associations from early on, in order to help promote youth policy and Lusophone Africa. Very attached to writing, wins literary prize "Writing in Portuguese" conducted by the National Union of Writers and Artists STP (UNEAS) and Portuguese Cultural Center. Journalism is one of his exponents, having passed through the National Radio of S. Tome and Principe, Radio Tropicana, and three years at Jubilee Radio, Author and currently Coordinator of Social Networks for Global Voices Lusophone. Joins the project for the realization of a personal dream to be serial networker.
