Marion Baumgartner

I was born in 1983 in the lovely little village Bachmanning in Upper Austria. After spending quite a happy childhood in this little village, I went studying to the slightly larger village Hagenberg im Mühlkreis. First I did my bachelor's degree on Media Technology and Design at the University of Applied Sciences Hagenberg. In the course of these studies I spent half a year in Japan at the Osaka Graduate School of Engineering doing research on Computer Graphics. After that I continued studying in Hagenberg, I did my master's degree on Digital Media with focus on animation and post-production. I spent one of the four terms in New Zealand at the Wanganui School of Design doing 3D animation, publication design and working on my master's thesis. Since october 2009 I am working at the Prime Concept GmbH in Linz, where I am responsible for the post-production. We produce high-polish corporate videos, commercials, documentaries and multimedia applications. I am doing the editing, animation, motion graphics and visual concepts for the films we create.
