Marion Goetze

I am a teacher, student, and consultant currently living in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. My interests range from technology to photography. I am also interested in animals, education, and innovation.

I have been a teacher for 20 years now and also consult for an online distributed school for students with ASD who are home-schooled. For Queen's I instruct the CTE Math Courses.

One day, I plan on making the trek to Australia to explore Sydney and visit its capital Canberra. When my parents emigrated from Europe, Australia was there first choice so I could have been an Ozzie! But Canada's immigration laws were far more lax and so Canada it was. I was born in Toronto, but grew up in Winnipeg. However, I call BC my home; I love it here!

My hobbies include reading (Stephen King lately) as well as Sci-Fi movies, documentaries and anything technological.

I'm hoping to ladder into the M. Ed. program at Queen's, but we'll see how this goes first. :)
