I spent 13 years as a naval officer. 30 months commanding a warship with a crew of 20. The navy taught me how to lead under pressure, make decisions with incomplete information, and build systems that don't break when things go sideways.

Then I brought that mindset to tech and entrepreneurship.

Today I'm CTO at Omilia, where I lead a 200-person engineering organization building conversational AI for Fortune 500 enterprises. We operate at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI, and regulated industry, where mistakes aren't forgiven and velocity matters.

I've founded companies and built products from zero to revenue. I've hired, fired, restructured, and scaled teams across multiple continents. I care about the things most leaders avoid — root cause analysis, post-mortem reports, transparent appraisals, difficult conversations, fast pivoting, data-driven decision making, and building frameworks that outlast any individual heroism.

We are living in the era of strategic builders. Doing is a commodity. Thinking without doing is a waste of cognitive cycles. And doing the right things — in an era where you can do pretty much anything — is what separates leaders from operators.

I write about leadership, enterprise AI, and the skills very few can really develop, but everyone needs.

Always available to talk about AI, innovation, or challenging problems, looking for a solution!!
