I earned an MS in Information Management from Arizona State University, I am PMP-certified, and Salesforce-certified. As lead organizer of Cactusforce and co-leader of Salesforce Phoenix Developer Group, I am a recognized international speaker on AI, implementation strategy, and emerging technologies. Before becoming a Salesforce Trailblazer, I was a project manager at IBM who led many complex global engineering projects.

I am fluent in Spanish, a proud Chicana from El Paso, a mother of three and a storyteller who believes "we lift as we rise."
