Hello! I'm an ambitious student who can bring valuable knowledge from experiences in order to work independently and in a teamwork setting. I am seeking to apply passion towards business related specialties such as Human Resources.

With an observant personality and the eagerness to help others, I decided that pursuing a human resource career with an industiral organizational psychology background can achieve my goals. Human resources is an extremely important field as it is the foundation of hiring future employees who will go on and create their own success for themselves and their company. By pursuing HR I can have a direct impact on improving self motivation in order to achieve maximum success. Getting an HR position will give me the opportunity to ensue that my staff is happy and healthy. Being able to help people collaboratively work as a team and finding how different personalities mold will give the work place a safe and comfortable space. By achieving each of these things, I believe that I can make our work lives a more positive environment.

Landing an internship with State Street was one of my biggest accomplishments. Although things within my internship with State Street is not extremely relevant to my HR pursuit I decided to reach out to my managers to come up with project ideas. I am now working on better training programs for our new hires and actually running these training programs as well.

Currently my goals are to finish my bachelors degree and move on to an entry level HR position.
