Marisa Zanuck

Marisa Zanuck is a go-to name when it comes to buying and selling Los Angeles real estate. A Beverly Hills native, Marisa grew up fascinated with high-end properties, but it is her discipline and work ethic that has made her successful. After high school, Marisa quickly worked her way up the real estate ranks from receptionist to assistant, before finally getting her license to become an agent.

She made her first sale for Eric Clapton on a house in Venice designed by the famous Japanese architect, Arata Isozaki, who is most celebrated for designing the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. Over the next 14 years, Marisa has helped buy and sell hundreds of homes in Beverly Hills, Sunset Plaza, Hollywood Hills, and the Westside of Los Angeles.

From selling homes for celebrities and high-end business people to purchasing a young family’s first home, you can see Marisa’s name on ‘for sale’ signs in every price range. Marisa is among the most referred agents in Beverly Hills, and recently left Hilton & Hyland which is one of the preeminent residential and commercial real estate brokerages in Los Angeles exclusive luxury market to create the Nest Seekers/ Zanuck Team. She is also member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association.

In her spare time, Marisa is committed to philanthropic endeavors and sits on the board of UNICEF. Last Fall, she was seen on HGTV’s ‘Selling LA’ where she was one of the featured agents for Hilton & Hyland.
