Marissa Lipar

Marissa Lipar is a first year Undergraduate Student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She has a GPA of 3.8 and was awarded with Dean’s List Honors. She takes school very serious, and pushes herself, making sure to achieve the highest of her ability. Marissa is currently a member of the Texas Tech Women’s Soccer team. Being a college athlete has taught her how to manage her time, and how to work hard. She is a very disciplined individual who works hard with any task she is given. She has very good leadership and teamwork skills that help her better communicate with her surrounding peers. After college she hopes to hold a position in marking. Her career goal is to work for a major fashion retail company, such as Nike, where she can put her knowledge as a college athlete as well as her business background together and help the company to promote and sell their product. Her goal is to market and sell to athletes and active people around the world the best possible products for them. She wants to help endorse an active society, helping others in the world of fitness and sports to buy products that will, by using, allow them to better themselves and their activity.
