Hello, my name is Marissa MacDonald. I am from Winchester, MA. I moved to Burbank, CA in May 2014.

I attended Emerson College in Boston, MA and graduated with a TV/Film Production Major. At Emerson College, I was very committed to a student run organization known as Emerson Channel Sports (ECS). I was able to learn various skills and crew positions such as being a director, technical director, floor manager, camera operator, editor, and producer. I was also a four year soccer student athlete.

Throughout my education, I also interned at many different companies/networks including CBS Sports Network, Swift River Productions, Shepherd Financial Partners, WinCAM and The GOALS Soccer Program.

After graduating, I have been able to be a production assistant on various projects, short/feature films, webisodes, and work for many companies.

I have two separate career goals/paths I would like to follow. My first career path is to produce for a live competition show like The Voice, American Idol, or So You Think You Can Dance. My other career path that I would enjoy pursuing is to produce or edit for a sports production company or major network such as ESPN, CBS Sports, Fox Sports, etc.
