Marissa Arbour

I’m Marissa Arbour, a cybersecurity analyst based in Alpharetta, Georgia, with a passion for building trust and confidence in technology. I’ve spent over a decade helping organizations strengthen their defenses through smarter systems, stronger processes, and better communication. My journey started early — growing up in a tech-curious family in Alpharetta and later earning my B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Information Security from Georgia Tech.

I began my career as a junior analyst in Atlanta, learning the ins and outs of vulnerability testing and compliance. Over time, I worked in fintech and banking, where I led projects that modernized security operations and introduced “security by design” practices. Today, as Principal Cybersecurity Analyst at Alphatech Solutions, I lead a team that helps clients in healthcare, finance, and technology protect what matters most.

Beyond my career, I mentor women in STEM and volunteer in local schools teaching digital literacy and online safety. I believe cybersecurity isn’t just about preventing attacks — it’s about empowering people to use technology with confidence. Outside of work, I love hiking, yoga, puzzles, and spending time with my partner, Jordan, and our rescue dog, Pixel.
