I was born on November 27, 1978 in Humacao, Puerto Rico. My parents are Nelly Fernandez and Wilfredo Arroyo. When I was a child I was very dreamy, loved playing with my cousins. I start my first grade with 5 years old. During my primary school I always said it would be an astronaut, I loved write poems and draw.

On June, 2001 I finished a Baccalaureate degree of University of Puerto Rico in Elementary Education with a Special Education Component. This year I start to teach in a Elementary public school. Then, On January, 2003 I completed a Master Degree in Teaching in Primary Levels with a second concentration In Curriculum and Instruction. After complete my master degree I wanted to pursue my graduate studies, then I started on January, 2005 my doctoral studies in Educational Administration.
