With 8 years of experience in IT management, in change and project management I'm currently leading IT and Business Analysts Departments in one of the biggest manufacturer in the furniture business worldwide - Nowy Styl Group. I'm also the PMO Director and Program Manager for strategic project in Nowy Styl Group like integations with subsidiaries and newly acquired companies. Additionaly I'm responsible for implementation Business Project Management, Project Portfolio Management and Project Management Methodology for Nowy Styl Group.
