I am a Faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute, worldwide industry leader in coach training. As an independent professional trainer and coach, I help people thrive professionally and personally, transform their business and personal relationships, and increase their personal power and effectiveness.

I am passionate about working with high potential leaders and in supporting companies cultivate and retain successful female leaders.

I am an ICF accredited Certified Professional Co-Active coach and NLP practitioner. My background is in law, combined with a masters degree in International Relations. I have worked in Investment Banking and have held several legal jobs in widely differing business and cultural contexts.
