I thank to Anthony J. Mahavorick for this raises in my mind: "When you're happy to give others, you extricate positive energy in the universe that authomatically attracts you towards wealth and well-being". My course was built from the wrong direction. But luckily this error opened my eyes and mind. Indeed, after my degree which was too general for me and a prime pursuing studies in the same continuity I finally chose to experience the unpredictable and gourmet world of Catering and Hospitality. Being in contact with customers has become a necessity for me. In addition, meeting the needs of others, the very people who are constantly changing is a continuous challenge. The profession of "Guest Relations" brings together everything I love about the luxury hospitality, with of course its difficulties but it is the latter that shapes efficient and effective people in that area. Women and men who travel for business and staying in hotels seeking tranquility and comfort firstly. This is why it is our duty to put them at ease and make them feel at home. So discretion, listening and dynamism are three qualities in which describe me perfectly. Today I broaden my horizons by studying the management and strategy to manage my own business when I have enough experience.
