Marjorie Alexander is an environmental activist and sustainability consultant with a background in film and TV production. She created A Sustainable Mind podcast as her master’s thesis project and in its first eight weeks ASM often held the #1 slot in all of its subcategories and reached #23 in podcasts overall for iTunes’ New & Noteworthy.

Through A Sustainable Mind, Marjorie interviews the minds behind today’s most impactful environmental campaigns, organizations and startups, inspiring the environmental change-makers of tomorrow. Prior guests have included Colin Beavan of the documentary No Impact Man, Jordan Figueiredo of the #UglyFruitAndVeg Campaign and world renowned Zero Waste Home author and blogger, Bea Johnson.

Marjorie also volunteers regularly with the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter as well as with other local non-profits.

Marjorie is a tiny house enthusiast, loves sailing but doesn't get out nearly enough, is a proud Mensan and aspiring solo-circumnavigator.
