An experienced health care executive and advocate for the LGBTQ community, Marjorie Hill is a Jamaica, New York-based psychologist and executive coaching consultant. In addition to supporting sustainable change in leadership effectiveness and helping clients with team building and conflict resolution, Dr. Hill offers individual and family psychotherapy services with particular expertise in mental health and LGBTQ issues. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Public Service Award from the New York City Council and the Bayard Rustin Award from the National Black Gay and Lesbian Leadership Forum.

Prior to focusing strictly on her consultancy practice, she spent four years as Chief Executive Officer of Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, where she managed more than 400 employees and an annual operating budget in excess of $40 million. She is also a former Chief Executive Officer of the Gay Men's Health Crisis (now GMHC) and was the founding director of its Women's Institute. Before this, she worked in leadership roles at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and NYC Health + Hospitals.

Dr. Hill managed a private psychotherapy practice for the first eight years of her career. In addition to her employment, she chairs the New York State AIDS Advisory Council. She holds a PhD in psychology from Adelphi University. She is currently co-investigator for a national oral history project focusing on amassing one of the largest video archives of LGBTQ elders of color.
