Mark R. Graham

Mark R. Graham is an Insurance Sales Agent at The Insurance Guy in Coral Gables, Florida from 2004. He determines the customer's insurance needs through a guided inquiry process that includes providing expert advice by careful review of all available products and offering suitable, custom proposals with appropriate insurance coverage or protection solutions. Most of Mark’s work entails achieving a balance in production to meet both the agency business and the growth objectives by maintaining an appropriate business mix.

In addition to his consultative role, he is also responsible for elucidating spot-on solutions to current policyholder inquiries and requests. Mark also ensures if the insurance applications are submitted according to the agency policies and procedures with supporting documents or forms. This requires him to stay updated with the latest developments in all insurance regulations. To keep accountability of his work, he has to maintain all current carrier information to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and binding authority of carrier to reduce errors and omission exposures.

Mark completed his high school diploma from AIU High School North Miami Beach, FL in 2000. He has also done the Insurance industry training program from Miami Dade College in 2002.
