Mark Burrett

I spent 6 years in the Leisure Industry progressing through the ranks at Virgin Active and learnt invaluable skills in both Business, Sales and People. From here I went on to work as Head of Sales for LAX, a luxury fitness brand in the City of London. After being approached about an opportunity at Reward Gateway and taking time to further understand the company, it's product and it's values, I applied for the role and am here today as an Employee Engagament Consultant.

I'm passionate about Employee Benefits and all the challenges that present when trying to engage with your workforce.

Right now I'm in London working with a brilliant team of dynamic people looking to constantly develop our UK client base. We launched in the UK 8 years ago and now partner with nearly 1000 companies helping them engage with their staff through our program. Our simple approach of putting employers and employees first in everything we do has created huge success for our clients and we receive incredible loyalty in return. Whilst our approach might be simple, getting it right takes enormous amounts of effort and I feel proud to work with such spirited people who work very hard to do a great job. RG is an amazing place to work where employee engagement isn't just something we talk to clients about, its something we work hard at from within our own walls.

The UK is filled with companies who place a huge emphasis on engaging with their staff and as a result we have had the pleasure of working with passionate benefits teams across the UK and helping them to achieve their goals.

Away from work I love spending time with my daughter Sophia Rose and watching her grow up. I also love to explore the globe and have been fortunate enough to visit some amazing places. Infact, I have spent so much time travelling outside of the UK that I have decided to dedicate some time getting to know the great bars, restaurants and fun things to do on my doorstep.
