Mark Davies

My career spans over 30 years, working in the technology and financial sectors. I have focused on business management, commercial activities, acquisitions, funding/leasing, and technological development.

For the past ten years, I have been a freelance consultant assisting companies with technical and financial reviews. These activities have included a mix of sophisticated financial modeling (leasing, balance sheet, income statements, cash flow, etc.), operational due diligence, and technical implementations.

With my M&A activities, and being a serial entrepreneur, I have extensive experience reviewing financial plans, documents, and matching them to their operational objectives. These activities include performing fundraising for clients with institutional investors, venture capitalists, and angel investors.

Previously, combining my technical and financial knowledge with sound business acumen lead me to work in mergers & acquisitions, business development, and strategic implementations. I have achieved considerable success, and I have held senior positions at several large, multinational corporations:

* Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, PSINet Europe
* Director of IT, NTT/Verio Europe

The combination of my task-driven approach, attention to detail, ability to quickly identify pertinent information, and to effectively communicate with “C” level leaders, has allowed me to deliver results everywhere I have been engaged.
