Mark Douglas
Mark joined Crutes in 1989 and he became qualified and admitted as a member of ILEX at the age of 22. Subsequently, he was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1998 and was made associate in 2005.
He has a wide range of experience dealing with civil litigation matters specialising in defendant personal injury litigation. He acts for a number of insurance clients and local authorities dealing with employers, public and occupiers liability cases. He has specialist knowledge dealing with disease litigation to include asbestos related matters, deafness, hand/arm vibration syndrome and occupational asthma. Mark routinely acts on behalf of clients in relation to construction / building companies with regard to sub contractor indemnity issues.
