Hi Mark Fry here, I'm passionate about martial arts & fitness, personal development, continuous improvement & developing my comfort zones to the maximum.

I'm an experienced business process consultant currently working for Canopius Group care of my consultancy firm ‘Lean Business Consulting’. I am also director of FightSportsUK, ApexFightwear, PredatorFightwear and Grapplestore.

For me martial arts have been a passion since my youth and I have gained over 25years of experience under some of the best experts in the industry.

I'm the owner of FightSportsUK a mixed martial arts academy based in Harlow Essex. Boxing Coach under the ABA of England, have been graded to Black Belt in the art of Japanese Jiu-jitsu under the British Jiu-Jitsu Association, Black Belt in the Real Combat System under Geoff Thompson and Black Belt in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Michael Russell certified by the OdysseyBjj and the IBJJF.

I have won numerous medals at blue belt, purple belt & brown belt including a gold medal at the London Open, silver medal at the English Championships & silver & bronze medal's at the British Open. I have a professional MMA record of (4-1-0).

Oh, and I'm married to my best friend Sarah, have beautiful children, Amelia Grace Fry and Jake Peter Fry have awesome friends and family :), and i'm lucky to be part of Restore Community Church.
