My passion for photography: was born in the mid 1980’s, while attending high school in Johannesburg, South Africa, where I got my first film camera for Christmas and then became one of the official school photographers the very next year. After school I carried my passion further and did weddings, events and other portfolio work as a side business.

My life went through quite a change in 2001 when I moved to the US where I went on an incredible journey of highs and lows and eventually returned to South Africa at the beginning of 2006. .

I returned to South Africa in 2006 and had to start my life from scratch again.

In April 2012 I was asked the question: “What is your passion and what would you do if there were no obstacles to stop you!!??” My answer to this question was very simple: “I have always had and will always have a passion for photography and if there was nothing to stop me, I would be a top notch professional photographer!!”

That conversation revived my passion for photography, and I have hardly put my camera down since that day.

This has been a thrilling journey that has re-awakened my love for photography.

What I do: I specialise in "people photography" but also have a passion for landscape, street photography and fine aret photography.

I also travel for photographic assignments and am more than willing to travel to any destination within South Africa or abroad. (Please contact me to discuss options and rates.)
