Mark Ingram

- Graduate of Troy State University, Troy, Alabama with a degree in Communications and Business, 1986.

- Employed by PowerSouth since 1985, serving first as video specialist before being promoted to video coordinator and later to PowerSouth's marketing products and services coordinator, providing marketing support to PowerSouth's members through the coordination of residential and commercial program services.

-Recipient of the 2006 Touchstone Energy® Brand Champion Award.

- Named PowerSouth's corporate communication manger in April 2006.

- As communication manager, leads a 12-member department in planning and implementing effective communication programs to enhance the image and relationship of PowerSouth with its 20 members and the consumer public. The department provides communication support both internally and externally through video, photography, printing, layout and design, publications and meeting planning assistance.

- Member of the G & T Communicators Association, board member for the Montgomery Chapter of the Public Relations Council of Alabama, as well as a president of the Andalusia City Schools Foundation Board, a member of the Andalusia Recreational board and past co-coordinator of the Babe Ruth World Series Committee.

- Married to Kay (Weaver) Ingram of Andalusia, Ala. and they have three children, Laura Ashley, Lindley and Marcus.
