An experienced CEO, qualified in areas of Commercial, HR, finance and leadership, with over 25 years hands on experience of management in the public, private & voluntary sectors. I am an experienced leader in areas of performance, change management, quality & staff development. Reporting at boardroom level. Building business relationships hands on, ensuring motivational direction and change in operational and functional roles. Finance & project management skills, coupled with excellent organisational and HR qualities. Initially drawing my skills from the armed forces, I am now a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Association of Chief Executives (ACEVO). I have a comprehensive knowledge of current employment law. Being fully computer literate, I enjoy driving forward positive objectives, that challenge others. I volunteer as a magistrate and school governor within my local community and I also sit as the vice chair on the board of governors with a leading NHS Trust and I am an elected local Link board member. What spare time I do have, I enjoy spending with my family and playing Squash.
