Mark L. Martin graduated, an honor student, from the University of California at Berkeley and received his law degree with honors, from the University of Arkansas in 1981. Mr. Martin was appointed General Counsel for the Arkansas AFL-CIO in 1996 and has served as a Member of the Arkansas Governor's Employment Security Advisory Council since 1997. He was appointed by Governor Bill Clinton, to serve on the Arkansas Economic Advisory Committee from 1979-1981.
