Mark A. McBride

A Springfield Native, Mark is a graduate of Springfield Southeast High School. He continued his education at Lincoln Land Community College, earning dean’s list honors with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. He followed this with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Illinois State University in 1981.

After college, Mark’s professional career took him to Chicago where he worked in accounting, finance and marketing for companies such as TRW, Stewart-Warner Corporation, PNC Mortgage and U.S. Cellular.

In 2000, Mark relocated back to Springfield to work for Dynitech as a software implementation manager as well as a sales representative. This eventually led to executive sales positions with software and technical companies Levi, Ray & Shoup, MSF&W, Xerox and King Technology.

Mark has served as a volunteer ambassador with the Springfield Chamber of Commerce since January of 2015.

When not at work, Mark enjoys boating and fishing, and during the cooler months, following the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League.

Mark resides in Springfield with his wife and two daughters.
