Mark Surchik

I first came to southeastern Idaho in 1990 for Navy training. I fell in love with this area and decided to move back here to settle down and raise my family after my military service. I’m still here seventeen years later and I am taking my passion for my community and turning it into a new career opportunity.

As a Realtor, I am a strong advocate for living in Idaho Falls and the surrounding communities. After 17 years, the reasons I love this place haven’t changed: low cost of living, low crime rate, easy access to fantastic recreational activities, beautiful outdoors, and so much more.

Although this role is relatively new for me, I bring dedication, passion, and extensive experience to the table. My resume includes commercial and residential Project Management, as well as facility and operations management for the Idaho National Laboratory. My position at the INL required incredible technical focus, with attention to detail, and a high level security clearance that ensures I have the ability to honor confidentiality and respect sensitive and/or private issues.
