I have been involved in real estate since the mid 1990s. I started off as an investor in multi-family units where I would purchase them and turn them into weekly rentals. This business model created a "CASH COW" scenerio. I then continued on doing Fix & Flips in the multi-family arena. I acquired my real estate license in 2002.
