Mark DeWitt knows that in life, nothing comes easy, and the best work is work you enjoy doing. He's hungry, and always has an eye on the latest project. Born and raised in the Ardsley Park Neighborhood of Savannah, Georgia, Mark went on to receive his MBA from UGA. After graduation, he took a job as a CPA with Big Four auditing firm Ernst and Young. His next career move began his period 16 years in the mortgage industry, culminating in the launch of his own company: DeWitt Mortgage Services and Property Management, LLC.

DeWitt has been involved in several entrepreneurial ventures. He is, for example, the owner of SwiftMart, a chain of convenience stores located across the South.

Mark's biggest, love though, has been his home. Combining it with his entrepreneurial streak led him to manage several vacation rentals in Charleston, Savannah, and Kiawah Island. With sizes ranging from single couple to large family homes, DeWitt's rentals ensure that anyone can take in the beauty of the American South.
