Position responsibilities include: Directing the sales and marketing efforts of eCharts residential treatment software solution. Providing direction as to product improvement via mental health principles. Help in the customization and implementation of client's software package.

Technology Consultant, Provo Early Education Program (PEEP) and Kids Who Count, 2001-present.

Position responsibilities include: Providing input, and feedback concerning best practices for technology in program development. Guiding the implementation of the BTOTS software system. Troubleshooting computer and software problems.

Human Rights Committee Member, Empowered for Life, 2009 – present.

Position responsibilities include: Empowered for Life is a non-profit that serves persons with disabilities. I serve as a committee member to discuss client's rights and create solutions to any problems associated with those rights.

Associate Director of Support Services, Comprehensive Clinic, Brigham Young University, 1995-2011.

Position responsibilities included: Directing all aspects of development, implementation, and training of the Clinic's computerized case management system (CMS).
