Hi I'm a yoga teacher currently living in Norwich. When not teaching yoga I try to live in a mindful manner, whether it be in reading, writing, pondering or drinking a coffee watching the world go about its busy-ness.
My teaching style incorporates the wisdom of Hatha yoga, which works with the body, using the breath as a bridge to relaxing and stilling the mind, and the Zen practice of mindfulness. To be mindful in our yoga practice is to be in the moment. Not reflecting or regretting the past nor concerning ourselves with some imaginary future. Be here now. This is it!
