Mark R. Graham

Mark R. Graham is a Training And Development Specialist in Easter Seals Goodwill at North Haven, Connecticut from 2007. He holds specialization in talent management that includes workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement. Being an expert in developing employees’ skills, he helps other employees enhance their productivity and build loyalty. He creates, administers, and delivers training programs for businesses and organizations. To do this, Mark first assesses the needs of an organization. The training needs are analyzed through targeted surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors. Through certain Training, he ensures the employees are forming a connect with experts, mentors, and colleagues, often through the use of technology.
