At Epsilon, Mark served as the SVP of Marketing Science and Technology and previously as the VP of Digital Experience. As SVP, he heads global delivery services and product engineering for Epsilon's machine learning, advanced analytics, and AI solution group, and is a practice leader for various AI partnerships including OpenAI, Dataiku, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Adobe, and Salesforce. He also manages the innovation lab for real-time AI decisioning and advanced AI capabilities. As VP of Digital Experience, he led global delivery services and product engineering for decision science, customer data platforms (CDP), and journey orchestration solutions, spearheading the grassroots development of Epsilon's real-time AI decision engine (RTI).
Before Epsilon, Mark worked at Dell Technologies, where he held roles such as Executive Director of Marketing Strategy, Executive Director of MarTech, and Global CRM Director. As Executive Director of Marketing Strategy, he managed the development of global integrated marketing solutions and oversaw a $100M marketing budget. In his MarTech role, he led the technology leadership team focused on delivering advanced marketing solutions and building an omnichannel customer 360 technology landscape. As Global CRM Director, he managed global marketing programs delivering digital personalization, call center marketing dashboards, and behavioral targeting.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys family, mountain biking, skiing, surfing, hiking, and art.
