Mark Allen Garzon leads the JLL Americas Project and Development Services Project Management Office.

He manages Regional (APAC, EMEA, AMER) and Global teams across critical PDS pillars including:

• Commercial Governance
• Client Transitions & Transformations
• Sourcing & Procurement
• Centralized Business Shared Services
• Artificial Intelligence Implementation

He builds and fosters lasting relationships through servant-leadership that emphasizes meaningful connection, shared purpose, and collective accountability.

Mark proactively aligns clients, leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams with focused strategies to create impactful business results. He leverages data insights and thorough situational analysis to lead transformations, break down complex silos, and streamline how work gets done - all driving to greater business agility, resilience, and overall productivity.

Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities Mark is a licensed registered architect and stays involved in JLL's business resource groups and JLL career mentorship & development programs. He also maintains connections with professional organizations like the Chicago Art Deco Society, Filipino American Network, and University of Notre Dame Montana Society.

Mark's contributions have been recognized through his selection for the 2016 PDS Mentor Program, 2023 JLL Real Leadership Program, and the 2023 PDS Leadership - People Excellence Award. The latter recognizing individuals who consistently drive organizational success and cultural excellence at JLL.
