I am one of the ‘new generation of marketers' who's highly engaged with the impact of social and digital on marketing and the wider business environment. Dedicated to creating seamless brand and customer experiences, while nudging other senior managers in the 'C-level executives suite' to 'wake up and smell the C-offee!' So I suppose that makes me some sort of CMO, although any other C-words (polite ones) are equally welcome.
In essence I pull all the variables of the physical, digital, and social worlds together to shape organisations, and their offerings so they remain relevant, rewarding, and prosperous today and tomorrow.
I happen to possess diverse cultural insights and board-level experience which means I can share all sorts of useful learning from across corporates, SME's, UK Government, healthcare, and professional bodies. And being an avid 'people person', I am pretty good at leading and empowering winning teams. I like to inject a bit of fun too, keeps the 'ball rolling' and people smiling.
