Mark Blalock

I was born in Person County and have lived in Roxboro all my life. I met Deborah in the Youth Program at Westwood and we got married in 1981. We have 2 daughters Crystal and Tasha. Crystal is married to David Rose and has a son Jacob and a daughter Olivia and they live in Clarksville, Va. Tasha teaches 3rd grade at Wilton Elementary School in Granville County and lives in Creedmoor, NC.

I graduated from Person High School in 1977 and started working at The Courier Times and worked there for 38 years. I am currently working with Coca-Cola in Durham, NC.

I accepted Christ as My Lord and Savior at the age of 12 years old and have been a member at Westwood Baptist Church for 43 years. I love my church family and serving at Westwood as a Deacon. I really enjoy meeting with our Life Group family.

I love spending time with my family and being Papa to grandchildren Jacob and Olivia. I also love fishing, the beach, and watching the Carolina Tarheels play Football and Basketball.
