Mark Boice
Mark Boice
Mark has a strong history in Noblesville. Not only has he lived in the city nearly his entire life, Mark and his wife, Kristen, are raising their two daughters in the community they love. He is working hard to make sure that the city continues to be one of the best places to raise a family and work. Mark Boice has a sound business background. Warner Bodies, a Noblesville based manufacturer of work trucks, lost their primary customer in 2001. Mark then took over sales and operations of the company purchasing majority interest two years later. Under Mark’s leadership, Warner acquired a large food processing corporation and diversified into multiple new markets including the fire truck industry. Warner was approached by three potential acquisition companies and was purchased in early 2010. This has allowed Mark to focus on his public sector interests and consulting in the not-for-profit arena. Education is paramount when looking for a leader. After graduating Noblesville High School, Mark went to Indiana University and received a B.S. in Business Management with minors in Business Operations and International Business. In 2002, Mark continued his education by graduating from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program.
