I've been a passionate advocate for users for the past 13 years while working at Deloitte, Aol Media, Infusion, Lowe's and American Airlines. Doing so, I've had the opportunity to pave the way for users on large scale projects for companies such as SAP Global, Merck, Chevron, Verizon, Allergen, Southern California Edison and State of New Mexico PED. I've focused my attention and growth on specific client needs and challenges, customer needs, enterprise solutions, standards, governance, research / insights, strategy, UX methodology, user testing and more. In my spare time I always go back to my roots; art. I always have some type of creative outlet. Currently, it's photography.
