Mark acquired his California Real Estate License in 1993, and spent the following 5 years purchasing investment properties in Northern California and Nevada.

Continuing his pursuit to work with the individual, Mark started his own mortgage business as a Certified Mortgage Planner in 1998. He maintained that business for the past 15 years, utilizing his extensive certified training in Sales, Human Relations, and Communications Skills to fulfill his passion for mentoring others in the real estate industry. Currently, he works on one of the world’s top teams at Keller Williams as a buyer’s agent, specializing in working with first-time home-buyers. (CalBER #01168594)

Additionally, Mark holds certificates from the world-renowned Dale Carnegie Training system in Advanced Presentation, Human Relations and Sales Skills, and he often speaks as the keynote speaker for groups around the Bay Area on topics ranging from sales skills to human relations.

As a member of BNI, for the past 10 years, he has coached and mentored other business owners through the BNI (Business Networks International) Organization, 6 years as a certified Director Consultant assisting small business owners grow their company through referral marketing.

Mark is the past 2015 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®, Peninsula network, an organization dedicated to the advancement and development of leadership skills for Realtors in the Real Estate Industry. Mark has presented at the 2014 California State Meeting for Women’s Council of Realtors® in Sacramento and this past year presented at their National Meeting in WashingtonD.C.

Mark has lives with his wife and three children in Fremont for the past 27 years and has been married to his sweetheart for 30 years!

Something you may not know about Mark; Mark is a singer and performs in retirement homes and communities through the Bay Area and for the past six years has had his own Christmas show on Temple Hill in Oakland.
