In 2005 I started Carbon Clear at my kitchen table after a career in the Internet industry. My wife was pregnant and it terrified me to think of the world in which our child would grow up. I needed a way to get involved in the emissions reduction agenda.

I learnt pretty fast that getting a big company to reduce their massive emissions was a lot more effective for the environment than me turning down my thermostat (though I still do that).

So my goal is leverage... I want as many organisations as possible to reduce their emissions, make their suppliers reduce their emissions, help their consumers reduce their emissions, and force their competitors to reduce their emissions.

And in return, Carbon Clear helps our clients massively reduce their cost base, get more sales, engage their employees, and do better as a business overall. Incredible.

Over the last 12 years we've grown steadily, one happy client at a time. Today Carbon Clear is a world leading provider of carbon management services, with offices in 6 countries and a staff of ~40 carbon warriors.
